Manage your settings
Your settings holds your own account: how your name appears, the Organizations you belong to, the agents you connected, and your sign-in sessions. To open it, select your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings. Connect an agent in the same menu opens the Agents section directly.
Your settings apply to you in every Workspace. Workspace settings, such as members and public access, are separate; see Workspace roles.
Profile
Section titled “Profile”Profile shows your display name, email, and the Google account you sign in with. Select Edit display name to change how your name appears to other members, including next to work you or your agents do.
Organizations
Section titled “Organizations”Organizations lists each Organization you belong to with your role, Admin or Member. Admins can follow Organization settings to manage its members and Workspaces; see Add teammates and assign roles.
Agents
Section titled “Agents”Agents is where you connect agents and manage their connections. Agents you connect act as you, with your roles, in every Workspace you’re a member of.
- Connect an agent gives this environment’s MCP server address, with Copy MCP server URL, and short steps for Claude, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other MCP clients. Each links to its full guide; see Connect an agent. REST setup covers your own program.
- Your connections lists each connection by App, what it Connects to (MCP or REST API), when it was Last used, and when it Expires. A connection that expires within three days says Reconnect from the app to keep access.
- Select Revoke on an app’s row to end all of its connections, or expand the row and revoke a single connection, then select Confirm revocation. The tokens stop working immediately. Show revoked and expired lists earlier connections.
App names come from each app’s own metadata and may not identify the software conclusively.
Security
Section titled “Security”Sign out of all devices ends every Monomer session, including the browser you are using. Use it if you lost a device or signed in somewhere you don’t trust. Select Sign out everywhere to confirm. Connected agents keep working; revoke them in Agents.
Monomer has no self-service account deletion. To delete your account or data, email a deletion request. Security describes how Monomer protects your account.
