Information we process
Section titled “Information we process”-
Account and access information. Your name, email address, Google sign-in identifier and verification information, Organization and Workspace memberships, permissions, and session or connected-app records.
-
Data you connect or create. Connection settings and credentials, catalog metadata, semantic definitions, SQL and execution history, query results, documents, and dashboard content. These may contain personal information depending on what you connect, upload, or query.
-
Technical and support information. Request and access logs, including IP addresses and timestamps, error details, and information you send when contacting us.
How information is used
Section titled “How information is used”We use this information to sign you in, apply access permissions, connect your data sources, run your requested tasks, save and share your work, investigate technical problems, protect the service, and respond to requests. We also use records of account activity, such as when a workspace connects a data source or runs a query, to understand how the service is used and to improve it, and we may email you about your account or your use of the service. This use does not involve reading your query text, results, or documents. We use authentication cookies and browser session storage to maintain access to the application.
Workspace information is available according to the permissions assigned to its users. Only connect or upload information you are authorized to use and share.
Connected services and agents
Section titled “Connected services and agents”Monomer uses Google sign-in and infrastructure services to operate the application. Invitation delivery and support email also involve email providers. When you authorize an MCP client, Monomer may return task information, results, or download links within that client’s access. The client and any model provider you choose may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Disconnecting a client prevents future access through that connection; it does not recall information already received by that client.
Website analytics
Section titled “Website analytics”On monomer.cc and its documentation, we use Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits and clicks on links such as Get started and Watch the demo. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you across websites. It records the page address, including any campaign parameters in the link, the referring site, your browser, operating system, and device type, your country derived from your IP address, and the name of the link or button you click. Umami processes this information on servers in the United States and the European Union. The Monomer application does not use this analytics service.
Where information is processed
Section titled “Where information is processed”Monomer uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host application data in the United States (US East). Junyeong Lee operates the service from South Korea. Google sign-in, email providers, and the external services you connect may process information in other locations under their own privacy notices.
Retention and deletion
Section titled “Retention and deletion”We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide the service and carry out the purposes described in this notice. When information is no longer needed, or when you close your account or submit a valid deletion request, we delete information that is no longer required, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Automated database backups are retained for seven days. Routine service logs are retained for seven days. These periods do not apply to the account information, workspace content, query history, or result files needed to provide the service. A query result becoming unavailable for viewing does not mean its stored file has been deleted.
Deletion covers the relevant database records and stored files. A deleted record may remain in an existing database backup until that backup expires. We review shared content and any legally required retention separately and explain exceptions when responding to your request.
You can request deletion by emailing support@monomer.cc. Where possible, write from the email address associated with your Monomer account and identify the account or information concerned. We review identity, authorization, and the scope of the request before processing it.
Requests are handled manually. We delete information covered by a valid request unless retention is required or otherwise permitted by applicable law, and explain any information retained and the reason. Shared workspace content may involve other people’s information and rights; we review that scope separately rather than treating account deletion as permission to erase an entire workspace.
Your choices and requests
Section titled “Your choices and requests”You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, subject to applicable law. We may need additional information to verify a request, but do not send passwords, tokens, warehouse credentials, or identity documents in your initial email.
Changes and contact
Section titled “Changes and contact”We update this notice when our practices change and display the date of its latest revision. Contact Junyeong Lee at support@monomer.cc with questions or concerns.
