Contact Monomer

Email support@monomer.cc for support, security concerns, privacy questions, or deletion requests.

Monomer is operated by Junyeong Lee, an individual based in South Korea. You may see Joonyung · Monomer as the sender name in replies.

Describe what you were trying to do, what happened, and the approximate time. Include a request or run reference if one is available. Use non-sensitive examples and redact screenshots before sending them.

For workspace permissions or access to your organization’s data, start with your workspace administrator. The troubleshooting guide covers common problems.

Use Security report in the subject and describe the affected feature, possible impact, and steps to reproduce using your own account or test data. Report the details privately by email rather than in a public post.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, warehouse credentials, private download links, or sensitive query results. If reproducing the issue requires sensitive material, describe what is needed without attaching it.

Use Privacy request or Deletion request in the subject. Contact us from the email address associated with your Monomer account where possible, and describe the information or account your request concerns. If it involves a workspace, include its identifier or another non-sensitive reference.

Identity and authorization may need to be confirmed before a request can be processed. You do not need to send an identity document in your first message.

Account information, shared workspace content, and an agent’s access are different scopes. Specify which your request concerns so that the effect on shared work can be reviewed. Disconnecting an agent does not itself delete your Monomer account or workspace content.

Deletion requests are handled manually after identity, authorization, and scope are reviewed. We explain the outcome and any information retained and the reason.

Read Privacy for data handling and retention details, and Terms for the conditions of using Monomer.
